the staff are polite and very helpful, the location are great, in the side of the big street, the room are spacious compared to others. Center of attraction like Konak Square, Konak Harbour, Agora Smyrna, Ataturk Statue, and market are in walking distance. the taxi station was just in front of the hotel. the breakfast are great and complete.

The location is close to the train station and not far from the ferry terminal and town restaurant areas. The breakfast was great and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Location next to Kultur Park ( I was doing the marathon) Staff . As always in Turkey, staff were very friendly and welcoming Quiet in rooms Car parking available

Really liked the staff, who were really serviceminded and pleasant. Location was great - just across the culture park as well main high-street. Rooms were nice and big with all necessary amenities. Breakfast was also really good with nice quality and assortment.

we were there in the pandemi of covid19 and we were afraiding about eating in the erea where breakfast was served but in the first morning we realised that all of the protocols of covid 19 are executed strongly in the above erea such as: cleaning of the staff, hygienic atmosphere, social distances between the tables and serving the meals by themselves in the way that the guestes could not be close to the meals. How ever, I must tank a lot from the kind staff of Ramada hotel, Sara, ayçe, oğuz in reception, jihan bey, meryem hanim, monavar hanim, kübra hanim, and finally, the great man of Ramada, mart.
